20K Followers Fuck-A-Fan Post

Just like I promised at 20,000 Followers I am going to do Fuck-A-Fan. So I will be posting the Rules and Qualifications here:

Rules & Qualifications:

1) Must be Consenting adult aka over 18 at time of entry
2) No Friends, Family or Industry.
3) You must pass a back round check at your own expense (no felonies, misdemeanors, or sexual assaults etc).
4) Must be Full Panel Tested at either Talent Testing or Cutting Edge Testing within 24 hours of the shoot at your own expense.
5) CONDOMS will be worn at all times!
6) No Drugs or Drinking while show is going on either before, during or after.
7) All Model Releases and 2257 paperwork will be signed.
8) You will need to have to forms of picture ID's as well as a SSN card
9) Must be a legal US resident.
10) Show will be a live Broadcast on Streamate, iFriends, and my website.
11) I will own all content and rights to all the recorded broadcasting.
12) I am not responsible for any ramifications that may transpire.
13) You must be available January 8th, 2013. It will take place at 8pm and be a half hour show. Arrival time is 7pm in Chatsworth, CA.
14) Any Travel expenses you incur is yours and will not be reimbursed.
15) There is not monetary compensation for the shoot.
16) This will be a professional shoot, so there will be other people present during the shoot (photographers, video, etc)
17) No open wounds, sores, cuts any where on your body etc
18) Must be hygienic (self hygiene is very important and to my standards not yours!!)

I will be putting together a questionnaire and posting it here on my blog on Christmas Eve.

All entries must be emailed to me, my email will be disclosed on my Christmas Eve post.

Entries must be submitted between 8pm PST to 11:59pm PST on Christmas Eve.

I will choose from all entries based on accuracy of answered questions and be announcing my decision via twitter and Streamate on Christmas Day 10pm PST.
